1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (estimated delivery time) within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (estimated delivery time) within the United States. Available at an additional cost.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to the U.S. only. For international shipping, please contact us at info@thewoobels.site, and we’ll notify you once we expand to international delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We strive to keep shipping affordable and offer competitive rates.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the United States).
- For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only offer shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@thewoobels.site.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@thewoobels.site. We may ask for photos of the damaged items to process a claim with the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Expedited Shipping
If you need your order by a specific date, please select expedited shipping during checkout. Please note that expedited shipping is available within the U.S. and will not speed up the order processing time, but it will shorten the delivery time once your order is shipped.
