  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated in the product description.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return authorization along with the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and return it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. International Returns
